Tennis academy

Preschool academy

The course is for children from 4 to 7 years of age, without prior tennis preparation.

The main goal of our preschool academy is developing movement skills, mastering the basics of tennis technique and catching children’s interest in tennis in a playful way. The course is suitable for those interested in professional tennis as well as for children with versatile sports ambitions. Shortened rackets, foam balls, mini-tennis nets and other aids are used in the lessons to contribute to the rapid mastery of basic skills in a varied and effective way. The training takes place in groups of 6 to 10 children. In the case of long-term, excused absence, missed lessons can be rescheduled, in agreement with the coach. Short-term absences cannot be rescheduled for technical reasons.

Group training

This course is suitable for players of all ages and performance levels. The training is focused on practicing and improving tennis technique, mastering the basics of tactics and rules of the game, developing movement skills necessary for further performance growth of the player. Compared to personal training, a number of different training procedures and methods can be used within the group training. These include modelling of game situations, training of tactical options in singles and doubles, basics of tennis psychology, and many more. To maintain the quality and efficiency of the training process, players are assigned to age- and performance-comparable groups. It is advisable to combine group training with individual lessons. In the case of long-term, excused absence, missed lessons can be rescheduled, in agreement with the coach. Short-term absences cannot be rescheduled for technical reasons.

Personal training

Personal courses are suitable for all performance levels of players, from beginners to professional tennis players.
The training focuses on the specific needs of the player, emphasising their individuality and personal development.

An individual preparation plan is prepared for each player based on the analysis of their playing skills and abilities.

The aim of lessons is to master the optimal tennis technique and its subsequent use in the match. Although it is the most effective form of learning, it is appropriate to combine personal training with group training. Unplayed, excused lessons can be rescheduled, in agreement with the coach. Excuse yourself from training no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

Fitness training for the youth

The trainings take place all year round; they are a suitable complement to tennis trainings, their content includes exercises, specially focused on developing movement skills necessary for tennis, and compensatory and relaxation exercises.
